Delete your BJTLoop account and data

BJTLoop is operated by Career Link. You can delete your account in the app, or request deletion from us even if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to BJTLoop.
2. Open My profile → Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email sumoe@careerlink02.com with the subject BJTLoop account deletion request. If you signed in with Google, include the email address used for your BJTLoop account. If you used a demo account, say so and describe the account or device you used. We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. Do not send a password, access code, or payment details.

What is deleted and what may be kept

Deleting your account removes your active profile, sign-in sessions, learning progress and practice history, and course access records from the live BJTLoop database. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete this information.

Earlier records may remain in restricted recovery backups until the backups are rotated or securely removed. Limited support correspondence or operational records may be retained where needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
